We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were excellent. The hotel facilities were great, including the beautiful lounge area with a modern fireplace. The location was unbeatable, as it was right next to the Matterhorn Express cable car and the main exit from the mountain. This made it super convenient for us to go skiing and enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi area. The staff were friendly and always were very good too make our stay enjoyable. The delicious breakfast provided was the perfect start to our days.

Let me tell you, the view from my glass-walled room facing the mountains, including the amazing Matterhorn, was out of this world. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for food and even assisting with our hike. The highlight of my stay was definitely the happy hour on the terrace overlooking the Matterhorn - a lovely experience. Despite some minor inconveniences like bugs in the room and some cleanliness issues, I still had a wonderful time at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a nice experience.

I loved staying here! The location was fantastic, right next to the ski lift and with plenty of snow all around. The service was impeccable, with room service available 24/7 and daily housekeeping ensuring everything was always perfect. The spa facilities were amazing, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and even a jacuzzi. I also loved the sun terrace, where I could relax on sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful views.
